Rehiring, Amnesty, Legalisation and Re-calibration of Foreign Workers

We can assist you to legalise your foreign workers subject to legalisation and re-calibration announcement made by the Government from time to time. Legalisation conditions may vary by industry, foreign workers nationality, etc. and subject to quota set by respective state labor office.

Compliance to Workers’ Minimum Standards of Housing and Amenities Act 1990

With effect from Sept 1, 2020, employers must maintain minimum standard of foreign workers accommodation and amenities.
Employers who fail to comply with such minimum standards in the regulations when providing a place to stay for their workers can be fined up to RM 50,000. We can assist you to understand how you can comply with the requirement and to apply for the mandatory Certificate of Accommodation.

Coordination for Covid-19 Test for Foreign Workers

We work with one of the country largest network of clinics and GPs to coordinate Covid-19 screening test for your foreign workers. We will coordinate the reimbursement from SOCSO on the cost of the test if your foreign workers are registered with SOCSO.

Effective Jan 1, 2021, all employers are required to ensure that their foreign workers undergo the Covid-19 screening test to address the spread of the pandemic.
