For the employer:

  1. • Source suitable candidates as specified in the employment search and within the criteria set out in the work visa policy.
  2. • Conduct interview, assess and prepare brief profile of the candidate suitability, work experience and background check.
  3. • Discuss job remuneration, compensation and benefits with the candidates.
  4. • Conduct job orientation and  pre-departure briefing.

For the employee:

  1. • Assist the candidates to navigate the complexity of the visa application of the host country.
  2. • Guide the candidates to bring out their unique selling points that fit the demand of the job and expectation of the employer.
  3. • Brief the candidates on the country laws, Fair Work standards, cost of living and cultural differences of the host country.
  4. • Arrange for work visa, work orientation, health insurance, accommodation, quarantine rules and meet and greet at airport (where appropriate).
